Description:
Support DIA by conducting intelligence research and all-source analysis of data to provide finished intelligence products, briefings, and assessments on threat financiers, facilitators, and financial operations and networks supporting illicit drug trafficking as well as CTOs.

  • Develop intelligence on threat financial networks. 
  • Extract data and analyze, store, and incorporate data into finished intelligence products
  • Prepare assessments and disseminate information to customers. 
  • Develop complex analytical approaches to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists
  • Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validate analytical conclusions
  • Focus intelligence products on specific target threat countries or events, including non-state actors and insurgent/terrorist individuals or groups
  • Interpret large amounts of textual and technical data and product finished intelligence, including Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), finished intelligence (FINTEL), and message traffic

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor or master’s degree and 8+ yrs of intelligence analysis experience, OR, specialized training and 10+ yrs of intelligence analysis experience, OR, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.  
Superb writing skills.  A writing sample is required.

Preferred
Prior DIA experience
