Currently, Leidos has an opportunity for a Project Manager for electric transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure projects for our Honolulu, HI office. He/she will work in a team atmosphere and serve as a consulting Project Manager in Hawaiian Electric Company’s Project Management Department - a part of Power Delivery Engineering. Projects would be assigned by Hawaiian Electric Company and may involve travel to the other islands.
• Manage projects of various size and complexity through the full life-cycle of the project, from initiation through construction and closeout
• Manage execution of the scope of work and ensure that the work is performed within schedule and budget constraints
• Interface and communicate with project teams, multiple engineering disciplines, department management, operation and construction crews, third-party subcontractors and suppliers, and other support personnel
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers, and develop and make presentations to management for key project approvals
