Description:
Leidos is currently seeking a seasoned Property/Logistics Manager to support an upcoming initiative with our DoD customer. This position requires 10+ years experience successfully managing enterprise logistics and supervising contract and subcontracted employees across various labor categories and skills through subordinate levels supporting 24/7 phone support to multi-site, multi-agency contracts similar in size and scope required on RCAS in compliance with DoD, Department of the Army, Federal, State, local, and industry-accepted standards. The managed support will transect all aspects of the RCAS contract and include supporting RCAS, DLP, MILCON and IMA across all 54 States/Territories and the District of Columbia. This position requires experience with management of lifecycle logistics processes of GFE/GFI and contractor supplied asset shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing, OEM (h/w & s/w) warranty tracking, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS) special tool management and include property management system oversight and auditing IAW FAR Part 45 (Government Property) and the Army Asset Management System Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE-E). Experience with managing storage and distribution process and procedures for items commercially procured and direct shipped or DLA procured and stored and issued from a HAZMAT pharmacy may be required. Experience utilizing automated retrieval systems and to manipulate data inputs via scanning, IUID, RFI or NFC means. Experience with managing, processing and retiring scrap, excess, damaged/lost or stolen equipment. Experience reviewing work products and implementing innovative approaches to fulfilling requirements with current technologies and providing clear, technical guidance and direction to staff which lead to resolving difficult-to-solve problems in a Distance Learning environment, IT infrastructure, and MILCON environment. Experience prioritizing and managing work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment, developing new approaches to problems and translating requirements into project plans and milestones compatible with earned value management (EVM) and integrated master schedule (IMS) requirements, directing and implementing plans, and presenting formal oral and written project status/plan briefings to the executive Government and Corporate managers.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION Must hold an appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Acceptable Degrees may include: A.A. Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent B.A. Business Administration, or equivalent Experience implementing innovative approaches to fulfilling requirements with current technologies and providing clear, technical guidance and direction to staff which lead to resolving difficult-to-solve problems. Experience prioritizing and managing work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment, developing new approaches to complex design problems. Required Certifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)v3 Foundation Security Requirements: Must be able to pass the National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI), National Trust, and a favorable completion of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check, or a DoD/DoE-determined equivalent investigation, or greater. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance at contract start Desired Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP ) Education: A.A.
