The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, & Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). The candidate will perform as the Portfolio Planning Lead on the SENS3 program. The candidate is responsible to update the overarching architecture for HSDN and C-LAN capabilities and services and provide information to the Government to assess conformance in meeting objectives and milestones in the combined HSDN and C-LAN Roadmap. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a multiyear combined HSDN and C-LAN Roadmap with objectives, key milestones, activities, and responsibilities for planned changes to infrastructure services, functionality, performance, and components for Government review and approval.
- experience as an integrated Master scheduling Planner - Fluent in Microsoft project - extensive experience Developing Microsoft project Macros and Resource loaded schedules - experience Developing full program integrated management schedules - experience Developing schedules for Agile/DevOps/Waterfall development projects - active TS/SCI - Exceptional written/verbal communication skills - experience managing against business reference models - ITIL certification - DHS program experience - Technology road-mapping - PMI certification (PMP, PMRP, etc.) - DHS EOD with SCI Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
