Description:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, & Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). Supporting the SENS3 management team, the selected individual will provide communications and awareness training across the SENS3 program functional areas to include the following: - Identifying technical and user training needs for systems, networks, and applications; - Design, plan, and delivery training services to designated personnel/groups; - Collaborate with SENS3 team members to develop and delivery training materials to support functional areas; - Draw on expertise of other colleagues to identify specific program training needs; - Coordinate administrative and logistical task associated with planning and training delivery.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years experience in implementing training and process improvement Initiatives aligning Technology and support operations for enterprise wide efforts. - experience creating and delivering Web-based training materials. - DHS experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
