The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, & Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). Supporting continual service improvement, the selected individual will be responsible for evaluating SLA performance and identifying trends and building corrective action plans to improve and enhance performance. The selected individual will also be responsible for supporting business data analytics and working with the CSI manager to re-evaluate existing SLAs, defining new SLAs, and establishing SLOs for the program.
- 10+ years experience (5+ yrs in leadership role) and Subject Matter Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL implementation using ITIL V3 Foundation, Services Level Management and SLA s - Experience creating, managing, evaluating SLA performance - DHS experience - PMI certification (PMP, PRMP, etc.) - DHS EOD with SCI - ITIL certification - Network or IT engineering experience - statistical/mathematical academic experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
