Software Engineering Asc Mgr
Leidos is seeking an experienced professional to lead COBRA DANE AN/FPS-108 radar sustainment support activities including software development, integration, testing and serve as the site lead of the Software Integration Lab (SIL). The contract award is expected in late 2017 with a January 2018 start. Tasking includes providing both emergency and urgent depot level maintenance (EDLM/UDLM) support to the COBRA DANE radar located on Shemya Island, AK. Travel to all work sites will be required. Duties will include oversight of computer resources life cycle, integration and test activities associated with the COBRA DANE depot and sustainment task order which includes depot maintenance, system and logistics engineering, configuration management, and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - 10 years of software engineering, development and sustainment experience including at least 3 years leading software engineering teams - Demonstrated experience working with distributed teams in a dynamic operat - experience with Cobra DANE or other similar Air Force radars - experience with the successful transition of a Large scale, geographically Distributed program - PMP certification - experience with solving challenging Software obsolesce and modernization efforts Secret clearance with SSBI single scope Background investigation. Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
