Description:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services, & Support (SENS3) for the continued operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN). This requirement was previously called Enterprise Networked Services Support (ENSS). The candidate will perform as the Voice/Video Operations Center (VVOC) Lead on the SENS3 program. Lead 24x7 voice/video operations center for unclassified, secret, top secret, and related operations centers.
Qualifications:
- experience with POLYCOM, TANDBERG CODEC, audio and video switchers, desktop computers for data collaboration, tabletop or ceiling microphones, speakers, projectors, LCD or plasma screens, AMX or CRESTRON controllers - experience managing, administrating, building, and engineering a corporate / government video conferencing environment - experience managing Network, Voice, video, center and/or Service Desk operations Centers - experience Troubleshooting SIP issues and protocols around SIP, SS6137, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, scripting - ITIL Foundations certification - DHS Experience - Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, Skype - Good understanding of Virtualization Technologies particularly VMWare & HYperV - Good understanding of Enterprise Mobility Tech Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
