Software Project Engineer
The position is for a Consumer Integration (CI) team member and COTS integrator on the GEOINT Access and Information Sharing (GEOAxIS) program. GEOAxIS provides the customer with an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution, enabling them to appropriately protect critical mission information. Successful candidate will provide CI support and COTS integration support to the GEOAxIS operations team. Responsibilities may include: Direct support to enterprise applications who are integrating with GEOAxIS Executing the CI lifecycle across development, test, and operational baselines COTS integration with Oracle s IdAM software stack Packaging/scripting of installs Performance analysis Assist in deployments of GEOAxIS products in testing and operational environments Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidents Collect data, identify and analyze trends in Operational Incidents, and provide suggestions to mitigate common issues Compiling and maintaining support documentation As needed, bring new team members up to speed with the scope of GEOAxIS and provide an overview of our workflows Successful candidate will have good communication skills, good attitude, be a results-oriented team player, creative thinker, problem solver, and follow all Leidos ethical standards. Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independently Intimately familiar with the COTS products that the program leverages: the Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite and Apache webgates. COTS and FOSS integration experience Strong written and verbal communications skills Experience scripting in a Linux environment using Shell and Bash Knowledge of Agile processes Oracle IdAM products (OAM, OIF, OID, OVD, OUD, OIM) WebLogic Unix/Linux LDAPs PKI authentication Java/J2EE development Remedy Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence Elastic (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) product suite SOA/web services Jenkins Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
