This position is for a development enhancement lead for the (Identity and Access Management) program. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development as well as demonstrated experience in leading a team of software developers.
The candidate will be focused on driving innovative solutions to meet customer needs and leading a team of developers to implement those solutions.
The candidate will design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical solutions to business/mission problems.
The candidate will apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Identity and Access Management (IdAM) domain experience. Java development Experience leading a team of developers Linux operating system experience Federal experience similar to FBI s size and scope. Must meet DoD 8570 IAT II certification requirements. Will ensure that development is progressing in accordance with agile methodologies, coordinate with product leadership team, conduct validation testing, and assist with maturing testing and DevOps processes. Participate in Government forums to insure integration efforts are in accordance with established plan. Software support / installation experience as well as knowledge of 24x7 operations and maintenance processes is desirable Experience with Oracle IdAM products, especially OIM Experience with other FBI programs Experience with Atlassian suite, especially JIRA Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
