Description:
Leidos is looking for a Jr Target Analyst with expereince supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community. 
• Extensive all-source intelligence research and analysis performing basic and intermediate target development i n support of lethal and/or non-lethal engagements.
• Wide-range of analytical skills used to monitor, assess, and report on intelligence pertaining to specific target systems and produce finished all-source target intelligence products.
• Accomplishing battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment.
• Composing relevant statements for Target Significance, Target Description, Functional Characterization, Target Expectation, Critical Target Elements, Collateral Damage Considerations and Intel Gain/Loss for all five recognized target types.
• Conducting collateral damage estimation, target list management and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Conducting target planning and writing/editing of OPORD/CONPLAN/OPLAN Append ix/Append ix as well as edit and provide input to DoD and CCMD policy to support targeting.
• Providing recommendations for target prioritization in order to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Supporting the target vetting and validation process.
• Utilizing all-source intelligence to develop Target System Analysis (TSA).
• Developing Measurement of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) Indicators and leveraging them to create targeting guidance and objectives.
• Compiling visual depictions of target intelligence (i.e. target briefs, storyboards, graphics for working groups and boards, etc.) to aid senior decision-makers.
• Reviewing No-Strike Data records contained within MIDB for accuracy and nominating newly discovered no-strike facilities to MIDB.
• Conducting database nominations, creating database records and uploading target material products into databases as required.


Qualifications:
BA degree and 2 to 3 years of prior relevant experience 

2 - 3 years of specialized Intel Training/ analysis expereince or 3 to 4 years of military Intel expereince.

8 years of relevant expereince total without a degree.

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.


TS/SCI With Poly preferred. 

Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
