Leidos is looking for a Sr Collection Management Instructor, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.

Candidate will have an in-depth understanding of terrorist networks and organizations and their methods and operations.  Candidate must be able to use link analysis tools to identify associations and develop appropriate products to represent terrorist networks.  Candidate must demonstrate an ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, wartime joint environment; must have a working knowledge of intelligence analysis applications, tools, and systems; and must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.  Candidate must also have the ability to work rotating shifts and be able and willing to deploy for up to 179 days to the USCENTCOM AOR as determined by the Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Additionally, candidates must be willing to live and work in a potential hostile environment as designated by the U.S. Government.

Candidate will coordinates and participates in conducting detailed analytic searches in order compile country specific assessments for CENTCOM seniors and military units operating in CENTCOM’s are of operation.   Knowledge and past experience in counter-intelligence analysis is a plus but not a set requirement.   Specific duties include: preparing all-source intelligence products; assists in establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files; receives and processes reports and messages; assists in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information; assists in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in an adversary’s capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.

BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience 

8 years of specialized Intel Training/ analysis expereince or 8 years of military Intel expereince.

20 years relevant expereince required in lieu of degree. 

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.

TS/SCI With Poly preferred. 

Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
