This position is responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the JOIO Geospatial initiatives. The Site Manager shall serve as the liaison between contract employees and each JOIO office focusing on personnel and operational readiness issues. Ensures customer priorities and administrative site management support of personnel requirements are met, and provides technical advice to JOIO leadership to which they are assigned. Conducts routine (weekly) quality control reviews of geolocations to ensure products meet customer guidelines, and provides weekly reports detailing the results. Communicates new requirements, concerns and issues with the Program manager, coordinates operator training schedules, and travels, as necessary, to ensure the health, morale, and welfare of staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. EFFECTIVE DATE: 01/02/2016
