Leidos is looking for a Sr Targeting Instructor, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.
• Conducting target coordinate mensuration using direct, registration (controlled tie), multiple image geopositioning (MIG) and resection (uncontrolled tie) techniques on a variety of target types using NGA validated mensuration tools to support employment of OPS guided munitions
• Conducting imagery research, analysis and exploitation to produce imagery based target materials (TM) and other products to support targeting as required.
• Weaponeering using approved tools and/or guides to achieve desired damage criteria
• Conducting collateral damage estimation (CDE) and producing required graphics.
• Submitting collection requests as required to satisfy target material requirements.
• Performing Quality Control (QC) of target material products produced by others.
• Coordinating with external and internal production centers and customers, ensuring products are delivered within established timelines.
• Identifying and nominating no-strike entities.
• Conducting hard and deeply buried target analysis.
• Conducting database nominations, creating database records and uploading TM products into databases as required.


Bachelor's or Specialized Degree in a relevant field 8+ Years related experience

20 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

TS/SCI with Poly or willing to undergo Poly
