Leidos is looking for a Senior Intelligence Exercise Management Specialist and Services, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.

• Candidate will coordinate the CENTCOM Commander's Joint Exercise Program (JEP) as the Intelligence Directorate's lead agent for planning all facets of intelligence support provided by CCJ2 and the greater
• Intelligence Enterprise to include developing the operational environment, identifying systems architecture and information management requirements, providing intelligence assets, identifying and sourcing personnel manning, conducting Battle Staff Academics training, while maintaining real-world situational awareness. 
• Contribute to all planning stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) to include 
• Concept Development, 
• Initial, Mid, and Final Planning Conferences, as well as 
• Scenario Development and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) writing with Intelligence Scripting, 
• systems architecture functionality  and operational tests, and 
• After Action Reviews (AAR) with Joint Lessons Learned (JLL) collection utilizing the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS). 
• Understand contingency plans (CONPLAN) in order to apply specific operational environments to applicable exercises.  Engage partner nation exercise planners in order to build capacity and enhance US access and influence.  
• Teach intelligence related classes and mentor Training Audience participants as an Observer Trainer (OT).  Direct Joint Staff J7 in their support of the CENTCOM CDR's JEP.  
• Manage processes and activities that include our Service Components, national agencies and cross-COCOM exercise support. 
• Must possess a thorough understanding of tactical, operational and strategic levels of war encompassing Joint and Combined operations as well as the methodology for US training doctrine.

BA degree and 8+ Years Intel analysis experience or specialized training in addition to >10 years Intel analysis experience

20 years relevant expereince required in lieu of degree. 

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.

Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
