Description:
Leidos is looking for a Senior ISR Operational Requirements Specialist, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.

•Detailed knowledge and experience is required with the following: Joint Staff publications, ISR CONOPS development, EXORDS, PLANORDS, WARNORDS, FRAGOS, Joint Staff requirements processes, airborne JSR asset integration/interoperability and Service Level Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) processes and activities.
•Candidate will provide  dedicated support necessary to collect, identify, document, disseminate and maintain data necessary to prepare OPLANs/CONPLANs, formal briefings, formal architecture documents, CONOPs/SCONOPs, and TIPs needed to effectively employ airborne ISR assets within the CENTCOM AOR.  
•Candidate will assist in the development of Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONS), Joint Emergent Operational (JEONS) as well as maintain familiarity with Service requirements processes in order to assist warfighter components with requirements development.  



Qualifications:


BA degree and 8+ Years Intel analysis experience or specialized training in addition to >10 years Intel analysis experience

20 years relevant expereince required in lieu of degree. 

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.


Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
