Leidos is looking for a Senior ISR Assessments Analyst and Services, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.

• Candidate will assess multi-INT collection reporting against requirements and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence collection provided against associated requirements. Evaluates the execution of collection plans and strategies, assessing the ability to provide reliable and valid intelligence to customers. Determines its value in answering intelligence needs and impacting customer decision making.
• Candidate will find and interpret ISR data sources through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. Manage large amounts of data, merge data sources, ensure consistency of datasets, create visualizations to aid in understanding data, develop models using the data, and present/communicate data insights/findings. Create tools and processes to extract, filter, characterize, and display the information when required.
• Candidate will assist with the development of the methods and criteria used to evaluate fulfillment of collection requirements using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), response to collection plans and strategies, etc.  Systematically evaluates satisfaction of CR against evaluation methods to provide meaningful feedback to key players in the joint intelligence process. Develops recommendations for improving collection management based on qualitative and quantitative assessment data. Apply as well as Lean Six Sigma processes as appropriate.
• Candidate will identify collection gaps, trends and opportunities; assesses trade-offs, tests assumptions, and produces original and incisive judgments, solutions, and recommendations to better refine collection.
• Candidate will provide analysis required by Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects to identify gaps in current methods and to model future scenarios.
• Candidate will design and advocate for collection architectures or process that support the satisfaction, or improvement, of collection requirements throughout the intelligence process.
• Candidate will examine all aspects of collection management for opportunities to incorporate leading edge concepts, best practices, and innovative techniques (e.g. sequencing, cross-cueing, dispersing and massing assets) in a multi-INT environment.


BA degree and 8+ Years Intel analysis experience or specialized training in addition to >10 years Intel analysis experience

20 years relevant expereince required in lieu of degree. 

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.

Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
