Description:
Leidos is looking for a Senior Intelligence Operations Specialist and Services, with experience supporting Joint Command or within the National Intelligence Community.

• Contractor personnel shall provide dedicated support to synchronize intelligence operations and/or perform force requirement analysis, validation and recommendations  in support of MI force requests and requirements in the AOR. Contractor shall document, disseminate and maintain data necessary to prepare Operational Plans (OPLAN), CONPLAN, Concept of Operations (CONOP), Warning Orders (WARNORDS), Fragment Orders (FRAGO), Execution Orders (EXORDS) and formal briefings to provide internal and external coordination to synchronize all aspects of intelligence operations. 
• Detailed knowledge and experience is required with reviewing operational support documents and Joint Staff publications.  
• Contractor personnel shall be knowledgeable of the Joint Staff Global Force Management Process, unit Requests For Forces (RFF) and theater Joint Manning Documents (JMDs). 
• Contractor personnel shall be able to manage processes and activities that include cross­ command teams, components, services and national agencies.  
• Contractor shall be responsible for combatant command level intelligence operations which include but are not limited to: plans integrations, preparation of senior level correspondence, document reviews; management of SharePoint synchronization database, management of calendar synchronization, management of CENTCOM TMT and DIA E-Task formal requirements.
• Contractor shall facilitate the research, writing, and coordination of intelligence appendices in support of intelligence plans.  
• Contractor shall synchronize intelligence operations with CENTCOM's Components via the Intelligence Coordination Working Group.  
• The contractor shall be an expert who will assist Joint Staff and services in the management of theater force requirements and address source/allocation solutions. 
• The contractor shall provide a person with expertise in understanding the complexity of the GFM and GFMB processes while being able to condense into simple briefing tools.
• Contractor personnel shall be responsible for facilitating exercise and deployment planning at all stages to include IPC, MPC and FPC. 
• A thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with the tactical, operational and strategic levels of Joint exercises as well as training is required. 
• Contractor personnel shall be able to manage processes and activities that include cross-command teams, components, services and national agencies.


Qualifications:
BA degree and 8+ Years Intel analysis experience or specialized training in addition to >10 years Intel analysis experience

20 years relevant expereince required in lieu of degree. 

TS/SCI Required with the ability to undergo Polygraph.


Recent experience in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) is preferred
