Description:
The Advanced Solutions Group (ASG) at Leidos currently has an opening for a Radio Frequency (RF) Program Manager to work in our Dayton, Ohio office. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills to critical electronic warfare research, development, and testing.  This hands-on position will manage a team and program that utilizes the latest RF technologies and hardware to research the effectiveness of novel RF waveforms, algorithms, and techniques for various electronic warfare applications. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand electronic warfare concepts including electronic attack, electronic protection, and electronic support
- Collaborate with RF waveform and algorithm designers to implement novel waveforms in RF hardware
- Design and integrate components to achieve desired RF waveform characteristics
- Lead a small team (5 – 15 employees and subcontractors) performing in a fast-paced, customer-provided laboratory environment
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk of a dynamic, fast-paced research program with open-ended goals and the normal uncertainty associated with advanced research and development programs
- Manage equipment and materials purchasing as well as various subcontractors
- Manage overall contract execution and oversee the development and delivery of program and contractual documentation 
- Support field testing at various US test locations, diagnose and repair equipment issues in the field, and support general testing requirements to ensure successful testing
- Document hardware designs, issues and solutions, and test results
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Collaborate within teams and across broad disciplines

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below
- MS in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer engineering, engineering technology, digital systems, or related fields with 10 years of experience. An additional 5 years of strong, directly relevant experience will be considered in lieu of an advanced degree. 
- Must possess at least a current Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Experience with RF circuit design and digital radio frequency memory 
- Electronic test and measurement equipment for RF applications
- Experience with troubleshooting RF hardware
- Project management experience or training; experience in laboratory research programs involving RF electronics

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration
-PMP® certification OR proof of progress towards achieving the certification
-Software automation of testing RF equipment (Agilent VEE, LabView, C++)
- Agilent ADS or equivalent
- PCB layout software
- Mechanical CAD software
- MATLAB/Simulink
- Electronic warfare systems experience and expertise
