Description:
Leidos is actively interviewing for a Technical Analyst I to join our team based out of Alexandria, VA.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) Scientific and Technical Engagement Partnership (STEP) is a global training, research, and operational support program focused on capability-building in the areas of biosurveillance and biorisk management. 

JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Analyst II supports the Project Manager in the management of short-duration tasks called technical Directives, which range from weeks to months and involve from 1 to numerous deployed technical personnel in customer theaters of operation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis, demonstrates content knowledge and expertise in specific fields; supervises and manages project activities, prepares written reports, work in collaboration with program team members in developing and writing research proposals. Provides research support on all tasks. Provide meeting support. Maintain documentation of all research activities. Conduct secondary research and document findings. Attend and document collaborative meetings.


Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 3 or more years relevant experience

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 
DTRA CBEP experience
International project support experience
Foreign language proficiency
