Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION; The successful candidates will support logistics operations providing supervision to personnel in the stock control areas of Buildings 5 and 1176 and the Tool/Equipment Room of the Navy Array Technical Support Center (NATSC), Newport RI. These duties can include, but are not limited to: Provide daily supervision of the stock control and Tool Room areas Material receipt and issue Inventory maintenance Receipt, issue, and location recordkeeping (hardcopy and electronic).

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school/vocational school diploma or GED certificate.
5 years of total professional experience in applying policies and procedures relating to ordnance management.
• Previous experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (2010, 2013) applications; Word, Excel.
• Previous experience in inventory maintenance.
• Experience performing online database entry, update, and lookup activities.
• Experience with the operation of standard office equipment (phones, computer, fax, copiers).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Recent knowledge and experience with database entry/lookup using the NATSC Depot Application (NDA) and MasterControl.
• Recent experience at NATSC Newport as a Material Coordinator in these logistic support areas.
