Project Administrative Assistant
The Advanced Solutions Group (ASG) of Leidos has an opportunity for a Project Administrative Assistant, located in our in Orlando, FL offices and supporting an overseas customer.
Successful candidate will be providing admin support to a large overseas Combat Training Center program team from the Orlando, FL office.
Successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project admin including:
• Travel and expenses
• Minor procurement
• Scheduling facilities
• Recording meeting minutes
• Scheduling customer training
• Logistical support to Project team, meetings, customer visits etc.
• Production of printed and electronic program materials etc.

Candidate should have a High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of prior relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Candidate must have excellent computer skills and strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency with written and spoken Arabic a is significant advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio a plus.
