Description:
Leidos is actively interviewing for a Senior Analyst (UMS)  to join our team supporting our program in San Diego, CA.
JOB SUMMARY
Perform analysis, operation war planning support and program management associated with the efficient execution and management of the tasks specified.  Will provide analysis assocated with the training programs supporting surface Anti-submarine Warfare (ASW) and Mine Warfare (MIW) readiness, including the use of the Military Operation Plans (OPLAN) 2000 and 5000 Series and command functions support.  
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Technical services in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport’s current and expanding role in Intelligence, Research and Development (R&D), training, tactical decision aides, and simulation.
Specialized support to respond to programmatic, engineering and security needs in the increasingly joint environment.
Technical support to provide the information technology resources essential to the U.S. warfighter and deliver unprecedented offensive power, defensive assurance and operational independence to Joint Force Commanders


Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. EFFECTIVE DATE: 01/02/2016aBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10 or more years of demonstrated experience in UMS, EXW and ONR activities in providing technical services analytic expertise in programs for DoD and or DoN
5 or more years of demonstrated project management experience coordinating with Navy laboratories, Acquisition program management organizations, NPS and operation commans.
5 or more years in demonstrated knowledge of the DoD, Intelligence Community and national level system security initiatives. 
Experience working with MIW, ASW and SMWDC business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
