Chief Software Architect - Technical Manager - RCAS
Leidos is seeking a seasoned Chief Software Architect and Technical Manager to help support an upcoming, large and high-profile program for the DoD. As Chief Software Architect and Technical Manager to the RCAS program, you will be required to have proven experience with increasing enterprise operations efficiencies through process improvement by developing standard and ad hoc operating procedures, resulting in more consistent performance and improved customer support. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and participating in Army Reserve and Army National Guard network and IT efforts, and will possess knowledge of major system architecture and predictive analysis. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of five years experience in managing and analyzing help desk support, incident management, release management, availability management, and capacity management. You will be responsible for, and need experience with, guiding comprehensive evaluations of cloud security tools leading to the certification and accreditation of services provisioned in the data analytics offerings with additional tools to provide important information assurance (IA).
You must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance to qualify.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
B.S., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent M.S. Software Engineering, Computer Science or Technical Management and 10+ years of experience or equivalent Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Should have 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
