Description:

Leidos is working on a Department of Energy (DOE) cybersecurity program, and is in the process of identifying a high-performance team to include Reporting & Outreach positions (listed below). This program will be located in the DC Metro area.

These positions will provide to CIO, DCIO and CISO conference support assistance such as facilitators, graphic support, study materials, facilities, invitations, stakeholder involvement, community relations, risk communication, etc. as approved by the Government; participate in planning meetings and discussions with appropriate attendees. The contractor shall prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow up on action items; prepare briefings, organize conferences and perform other duties as required; technical editing support including but not limited to: (a) the review all submitted documents checking for adherence to the guidance documentation, format, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, correct spelling, internally consistency, and contain proper references, footnoting, and pagination, as appropriate; (b) monitor routing, signature approval process and workflow of assigned documents to ensure document meets project schedule timelines; and (c) consult with Government regarding document content, readability, consistency and validate sources referenced within the document.


Qualifications:

Cybersecurity Program Analyst
Required Skills
• 8+ years IT experience, to include:
o 4+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: conference planning, meeting coordination, oversight of cybersecurity content creation
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

Desired Skills
• CISSP, CISM, SANS, or other related certifications
• Prior experience supporting cybersecurity tasks for a federal agency, preferably the Department of Energy
• Experience working in and managing a security operations center
• Experience in a compliance/audit role
• Current Public Trust, “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance

Cybersecurity Program Coordinator
Required Skills
• 2+ years IT experience, to include:
o 1+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: conference planning, meeting coordination, oversight of cybersecurity content creation
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: conference planning, meeting coordination, oversight of cybersecurity content creation
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

Desired Skills
• Prior experience supporting cybersecurity tasks for a federal agency, preferably the Department of Energy
