Description:

Leidos is working on a Department of Energy (DOE) cybersecurity program, and is in the process of identifying a high-performance team to include Supply Chain Risk Management positions (listed below). This program will be located in the DC Metro area.

The Supply Chain Risk Management Program focuses on the sourcing and delivery of the products and services DOE acquires to support its IT environment. NIST defines these products and services as Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The purpose of the program is to identify any risks within the supply chains responsible for bringing ICT products and services to the Department. SCRM assesses the severity of these risks, and offers processes to mitigate these risks in concert with the Department’s IT needs. This position will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the DOE’s SCRM program, including assessment of a wide variety of vendors.


Qualifications:

SCRM Cybersecurity Lead
Required Skills
• 15+ years IT experience, to include:
o 10+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
o 3+ years of experience managing cybersecurity teams, including technical leadership
• CISSP, CISM, SANS, or other related certifications
• Master’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or Bachelor’s degree with additional 4 years’ experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: cybersecurity supply chain risk management, third party risk assessments, supply chain intelligence
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

Desired Skills
• Prior experience managing cybersecurity tasks for a federal agency, preferably the Department of Energy
• Experience working in a security operations center
• Experience in a compliance/audit role
• Current Public Trust, “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance

Senior SCRM Cybersecurity Analyst
Required Skills
• 8+ years IT experience, to include:
o 4+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
• CISSP, CISM, SANS, or other related certifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: cybersecurity supply chain risk management, third party risk assessments, supply chain intelligence
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

• Prior experience supporting cybersecurity tasks for a federal agency, preferably the Department of Energy
• Experience working in a security operations center
• Experience in a compliance/audit role
