The Health Products and Solutions Group currently has an opening for a exchange administrator to support a large healthcare contract in Rockville.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Support Government administrators in disabling agency IP traffic on ports as desired or required by agency policy and/or require all traffic over SSL/TLS session supporting FIPS 140-2 encryption at a minimum.
Support S/MIME v3 and later functions (encryption and digital signature) for both messages and calendar invites/replies.
Support Sender Policy Framework or Domain Keys Identified Mail lookups.
Support message threat filtering including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound Spam, Anti-phishing, Virus and email filtering capabilities.
Support IPv6.
Assist with providing a capability to Government Administrators to define and implement filtering to strip unwanted/prohibited types of attachments, types of email, or embedded code
Assist with providing automatic alerting to pre-determined Government support staff in the event of service failure or degraded service.
Assist with providing Government administrators with Summary Reporting and Statistics periodically (i.e. monthly or quarterly) and on-demand including, but not limited to:
-Dashboard reporting on system performance;
-Real-time and historical performance against SLA;
-Account Mailbox and volumes;
-Reporting on Utilization Statistics; and
-End users approaching Mailbox Quota Limits.
Support, at a minimum, Government-selected web and mobile browsers including, but not limited to:
- Internet Explorer
-Mozilla Firefox
-Apple Safari
-Google Chrome.


Basic Qualifications:
BS degree with 12-15 or a Masters with 10-13 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

3 + Years’ experience providing support for an enterprise-level environment running O365 hybrid system including advanced knowledge of:
• Exchange 2010 and 2013 (Mid-Level)
• Experience with O365 or other Cloud-based email systems
• Mobile Device Management Technologies (Mid-level
• Blackberry Administration/BES 10.0+ (Mid-level)
• Public Folders (Mid-Level)
• Active Directory (Mid-Level)
• Configuring and managing Iron Port (Senior-Level)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
• Microsoft Server 2008, 2012
• Must be a US citizen
