Collections Strategy Specialist
The Defense & Intelligence Group of Leidos has a career opening for a Collections Strategy Specialist in Herndon, VA.
This position is a part of the Chief Mission Office (CMO) team within the NES O&S System Engineering Integration and Test team. This is a unique position requiring customer and user interaction and site support as well as CONOP generation and system design. The ideal candidate will be able to train users, take that user need knowledge to drive the design of the new system capabilities. This position is located near customer facilities and is expected to perform significant amount of time in customer meetings and design discussions and ensuring close communication with the factory development team.
•Use Collection Management experience to interact with customers to ensure they are maximizing their collection requirements and analyze capabilities.
•Perform demos to small groups and provide writing instructions if necessary.
•Interact with community members and provide feedback to developers on the RTM program to better design software modifications to better use RTM.
•Perform user engagements, site transitions, and standup and checkout of new operational and test systems.
•Perform release demos with the users to train users on new system capabilities and ensure their adoption of the functionality that has been implemented and communicate any issues identified by the users to the program.
•Bachelor's degree, preferred, with 9+ years' related experience. Additional relevant training and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
•Experience with imagery and open source data sources.
•Customer service driven and open to public speaking.
•Experience compiling test data sets for analysis.
•Experience with ARcGIS, GIMS, WARP, Google Earth, RemoteView and other imagery ELT SW.
•National Exploitation Systems (NES), IESS.
•Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Previous experience in NGA
•Previous demo or training experience
Experience in assisting with software testing.
