Description:

Leidos is seeking a WIN-T INC2 User Support Delta Trainer to provide over-the-shoulder  and instructor training.  This position can be worked from Fort Campbell, KY or Fort Gordon, GA. 

 

Will be responsible for executing the operational requirements of the Training Support Program under the Training Support Division (TSD), Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM)within the WIN-T framework. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: -Experience conducting training in field environments. -Significant experience and understanding of WIN-T systems. -Prior experience presenting and communicating in a classroom environment. -

 

Provide Functional and Technical Support to the diverse community of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) and related communications, including  PoP, SNE, WIN-T Network architecture, Instructor experience Optional skillsets: TCN, Net Ops, NOSC, CCNA, NET+ .

 

Assist in the instruction and daily maintenance of all WIN-T associated equipment with customers to assure accuracy. -Provide Onsite Briefings for all unit personnel -Provide Over-the-Shoulder Training support for all WIN-T users -Perform Technical Troubleshooting -Resolve Procedural Issues -Maintain and update an electronic database of common procedural issues and solutions or quick fixes to known issues -Capture and File Electronic Trouble Reports and Software Change Requests -Assist in Implementing New WIN-T Subsystems -Report Data Quality Issues to Unit Personnel -Support Remote Deployments -Short duration travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations -Coordinate Hardware/Software Replacements and Repairs -Assist in Fielding New Hardware -Assist in Fielding New Software Versions -Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge and skills required to execute all field service Technician tasks assigned -Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

 

This position requires the technical understanding and experience with a combination of any of the following required skills:

 

Must have a detailed understanding of and experience with WIN-T Increment 2 systems.

 

Must have PoP, SNE, VWP, and User Support experience as well as experience instructing. -CCNA, SEC+ and Net+ preferred.

 

Prior experience presenting and communicating in a classroom environment. -experience conducting training in field environments. -TCN or NOSC experience.
