Information Assurance Engineer
An Identity & Access Management (IdAM) program is seeking an experienced information assurance engineer to provide both technical and process leadership in support of a mission critical enterprise system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should have strong Linux, Networks, and IT background with experience managing ICD 503 Accreditation & Authorization requirements, mitigating security vulnerabilities, and proactively building security into IT system design. The individual must be able to successfully evaluate trade-offs between system capability and security, as well as communicate conclusions and rationales to technical and non-technical individuals to obtain concurrence. The selected individual will be responsible for applying security evaluations and concepts to ongoing engineering and development efforts to include managing A&A requirements.
- Information Assurance/ICD 503 experience
- Linux/UNIX experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
