Description:

Leidos Civil Transportation and Finance Solutions Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead the test and integration of the hosted satellite payload for the Geostationary Satellite Service Lease program. The candidate will be primarily working directly with subcontractors who will be building and testing the satellite and hosted payload.  The candidate will be responsible for the test / sell off to ensure the hosted satellite payload meets the technical requirements of the program.   The candidate will support the full lifecycle effort across all Engineering domains with a focus on development, analytics, system functionality and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

The candidate must have experience in ground station performance and operations and must be skilled in developing test cases, test reports and test CDRLs.  The candidate must be comfortable dealing directly with the FAA.  The candidate must be able to visit all ground stations for various tests.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

Typically requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
