As the Electrical Engineer, Sr., you will work directly with our I&I Team (Innovations and Integrations) and be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating components and processes used in the power generation, manipulation, transmission, distribution, and storage of electricity. Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Will develop technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. Will create and manage electrical engineering drawings for Primary Mission Equipment for new designs and upgrades of current system. Will manage subcontractor work from Statement of work generation through status reports and completion. Supports on aircraft maintenance, kit fabrication, and avionics test lab analysis. Current system definition, upgrade system requirements identification, and system design, test and implementation will occur in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external team members as well as the customer
- Work to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches
- Engineering Drawing and Interconnection Diagram creation
- Technical leadership for avionics installation
- Identify opportunities for system improvement
- Provide Basis of Estimates and engineering plans for Engineering Change Proposal response
- Create and manage Statements of Work and Subcontractor management duties
- Maintain documentation for audits and trend analysis
- Travel required throughout US and OCONUS for aircraft support

•Requires a BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience in the Electrical Engineering field or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Must have an active Secret level DoD clearance
•Must be able to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner
•Familiar with basic computer skills
