Part Time Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager will lead the evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and Office 365 prototypes for program team. Explore migration of existing on-premises ITSM solutions into ServiceNow and the migration of on-premises Office Productivity and Collaboration tools into Office 365. Successful candidate will have working knowledge of various components associated with ServiceNow and Office 365 across an enterprise. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements to establish functional prototypes of ServiceNow ITSM and Office 365. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Must have a Public Trust Clearance.
•Prior experience engineering solutions with Microsoft Azure AD
•Knowledge of Office 365
•Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM or equivalent solution
•Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and team work
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Working knowledge of project management concepts as defined by PMI
•Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
•Knowledge of ITIL concepts
•Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
•Presentation and requirements elicitation skills
•Attention to Detail - is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
•Customer Service – works well with clients and other vendors in achieving mission success and is committed to providing quality products and services.

•Experience migrating different business units to single, Office 365 environment.
•Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
•Prior experience Implementing Microsoft ADFS
•Prior experience engineering Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
•Prior hands on experience with Azure AD Connect
•Prior experience engineering Single sign on (SSO)
•Prior experience working with Exchange 2013 Hybrid servers
