Description:

The Civil Health Operation of Leidos is seeking a Sr Contracts Rep in Baltimore, MD.

The Sr Contracts Rep will:
Provide full contractual oversight and support to the Civil Health Operation, with primary focus on Social Security and FDA contracts and programs. Work closely with the program and capture teams to resolve contractual issues and support new business growth efforts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides proposal and contractual administration to the Civil Health operation.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to protect Leidos interest. Monitor active Contracts for compliance.
• Independently administer contracts and proposals
• Guide and assist program and capture teams on contractual items
• Serve as customer interface on all contractual matters.



Qualifications:

• BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.

• Provides proposal and contractual administration to the Civil Health operation.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to protect Leidos interest. Monitor active Contracts for compliance.
• Independently administer contracts and proposals
• Guide and assist program and capture teams on contractual items
• Serve as customer interface on all contractual matters.
