Leidos Defense and Intelligence Group has an opening for a Budget/Staffing Coordinator at Scott AFB, IL.
Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located at Scott AFB, IL and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers, the department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations.
•Assist with recruitment such as sourcing candidates, scheduling. interviews/meetings, updating applicant tracking sheet and conducting phone screens.
•Maintain Organizational charts
•Assist with new hire set up and orientation; maintain new hire training records.
•Assist with and attend career fairs at local colleges and universities.
•Post and maintain job postings in applicant tracking system
•Serves as admin liaison with company recruiters as well as sub-contractor recruiters as regards to new and current employees.
•Maintain spreadsheets for hiring, current staffing, clearances, and training.
•Perform other duties as needed
External Referral Eligible
•High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years prior relevant experience.
•Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
•Able to work in a shift work environment as we are a 24/7 operation.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Detail oriented with the ability to manage time to accomplish multiple tasks.
•Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
