Call Center Customer Support Representative
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) SNS program is hiring 10 front line call center customer service representatives (CSR). FTC CSRs respond to
incoming contacts from consumers that have been victims of identify theft and consumer fraud. Efforts are made to efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database, provide educational materials/referrals, and assist with
Federal Trade Commission rules and regulations. The expected shift is 11:20 am to 8:05 pm, Monday through Friday.
The office is location is 5101 Decatur Blvd, Ste B, Indianapolis, IN 46241. The WD hourly rate is $13.22 with an HW opportunity of $4.27.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer Service Experience
- General PC knowledge/skills (Familiar with Windows based programs, typing, internet, etc).
Desired Skills: Preferred but not required
- Call Center experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish Fluency in writing and speaking)
