This is an entry level position for a candidate with Computer Science/Software Engineering background and interest. The role will require applying knowledge of software engineering during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, test and deliver quality software products for large and complex projects while following established processes. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of Object Oriented programming
- Software development experience in Java, Perl, Web development, C/C++
- Good Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (writing/verbal).
- Familiarization with Ruby on Rails, Groovy and other SW languages.
- Familiarization with an Agile environment
