This position is in direct support of the Air Force Common Computing Environment (CCE) with development activities in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services environment. This innovative task is through the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) 2 contract vehicle. Team members will collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services. Specific responsibilities include:
·Establishing and maintaining Earned Value baselines.
·Assessing Estimates to Complete.
·Tracking earned value performance.
·Maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS).
·Daily interface/troubleshooting/ report generation and coordination with SBOPs, Analysts/Planners and Management.
·Mapping Control Accounts/Work packages in the SAP/EVM interface tool.
·Setting up and Maintaining the E-Work Authorization Document (WAD).
·Estimate at Completion (EAC) Justification and Variance Analysis Report (VAR)s.
·Evaluating actual charges incurred in accordance with EVM guidelines and the applicable command media.
·Support the development of the monthly EVM status to program management.
·Support cost account managers (CAM) to ensure CAM duties are completed and documented.
·Prepare component CPR (Customer Performance Report) /Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).Qualifications:
·Business Operations background, complete understanding of Earned Value Management principles, standards, processes, requirements and documentation, and experience with implementation/execution
·Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data.
·Detail oriented quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes.
·Expert in Excel including working knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, graphics, knowledgeable in SAP and Earned Value Management tools
·Proficiency of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to the program including EVMS metrics & reporting experience.
·Experience interacting and communicating directly with customer counterparts.
·Able to develop strategic process improvement for the assigned team and look for ways to implement on the program. Knowledge of Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) Requirements and Systems (COBRA, MRP, SAP, ADR).
·Work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills with proven work style focusing on accountability and professionalism.
·Experience in multiple F&BO functions (FP&A, Contracts, Planning, Estimating, Cost Control, etc.).
·Experience in commercial cloud environments (AWS, OMCS)
·Experience in platform migration
·Experience in cloud migration
·Experience in Agile development
HS and 5+ years of relevant experience or
BA degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or
