The candidate will be supporting the Data Comm Initial Services and Full Services portions of the ERAM contract. The scheduler will be responsible for applying scheduling theory to develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts in compliance with applicable standards such as EVM standard EIA-748 and best practices (e.g., PASEG) in coordination with program finance and in support of program execution.
Duties will include implementing program scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
The candidate should have strong communication skills as s/he will be working closely with the Program Manager, program team members and the customer.
Preference is to have the candidate in the office however the potential for telework will be considered.
The candidate should have experience in the following
: Microsoft Project Scheduler and/or other schedule management tools (MS Project/Server)
: Schedule Health Assessment tools(Steelray Project Analyzer)
: Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)/Monte Carlo Analysis tools (RiskyProject)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
