Leidos is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist for its FAA work in Washington, D.C. to support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives in a variety of functions and activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative or quantitative methods for assessment of management processes, systems and mission support programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supports the implementation and coordination of various projects and programs.
· Plans and conducts special studies, provides advice on functions and activities, and develops, recommends and evaluates the effectiveness of programs in assigned areas of responsibility.
· Produces specialized analytical reports and studies to inform workforce planning efforts.
· Facilitates strategic and workforce planning initiatives for lines of business and offices within the agency to help meet goals and improve performance.
· Applies professional knowledge of facilitation, communication, and change management principles to conduct focus groups, interviews, strategic planning, and action planning with diverse groups of stakeholders including agency leadership.
· Provides a range of consultation services, advice, and assistance as requested.
· Plans, develops, and coordinates strategic planning briefings, presentations and conferences for managers, senior managers and leadership. Ensures that accurate, concise and timely information is available to management.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
- BA in Human Resources, or closely related field.
- 8 years of progressively responsible staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
- MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
