The Leidos Defense & Intelligence Group has an opening in Bagram, Afghanistan within the SS-AISR program as a Mission Performance Analyst.
The SS-AISR OCONUS Mission Performance Analyst will manage mission and contract performance data for all Primary Mission Equipment (PME) and associated systems for the SS-AISR program. 
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing the Common Operational Picture (COP)
 - On Line Database Receive and interpret End of Mission and maintenance reports (i.e.,1352-1) from various sections of the SS-AISR program.
- Input daily mission hours, and mission deviation data into the database.
- Generate a daily SITREP (situational report) as required.
- Work with site management and developers to improve COP (Common Operational Picture) performance and effectiveness.
- Generate weekly IPT (Integrated Process Team) reports to the  SS-AISR Program Management. 
- Act as the central collection point for program information from various OCONUS departments.
- Generate Operational Data slides for all IPT (Integrated Process Team) variants. 
- Assemble final OCONUS IPT deck for review by SS-AISR Program Manager’s.
- Generate periodic Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports using COP functions, or work with CONUS database developers to generate reports based on specific data points, as required. - Manage long term mission performance trends for future analysis.
- Work with SS-AISR management to generate CDRL reports on a periodic basis.

Basic Qualifications
-Experience in Database Management
-Advance Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Power Point
-Experience developing analysis utilizing metrics
-Interpret aircraft operational and maintenance forms and records
-An Active Secret Clearance
-Valid US passport for at least 3 years.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Must be able to meet CENTCOM CRC medical minimum standards
-Must be able to meet deployment training minimum standards
-Completion of Customer required International Readiness Certifications prior to deployment.
-Failure to complete any of these actions within 60 days of accept will result in rescinding of the offer.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience as a database administrator on an aviation contract.
-Experience with US Army aviation operations and/or maintenance.
-Military staff experience at a Battalion or Brigade level.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6
years of prior relevant experience.
