Reachback Site Lead
Manages a team of more than 60 Reachback Intelligence Analysts and responsible for researching, developing and presenting intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leaders, to include counter‐terrorism, South West Asia regional issues, HUMINT and political/military analysis. Analysis includes all aspects of cultural, religious, political, geo‐political, military/social/behavioral science and perspectives on governance and development and efforts result in documentation, recommendations, briefings, reports and other products to assist in the resolution of difficult and complex problems. The Site Lead is responsible for oversight of co‐located contractor reachback intelligence analysts and ensuring effective communications with forward deployed senior intelligence staff is maintained and all production requirements meet customer needs.
The Fort Devens Site Lead is responsible for management of Contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other management responsibilities. The Site Lead will be responsible to the Government Contracting Officer and/or their designated Representative and will provide reports and updates in accordance with terms if the contract and at the request of the Contracting Officer and/or their designated Representative. Contractors filling this position shall be considered key personnel.
Must have 5+ years of related experience and a BS degree. Four years of experience can be substituted for BS Degree.
