UAS Training Manager
The Training Manager serves as the primary point of contact in matters relating to Contractor personnel training and progression, as well as overseeing the Training Support efforts.Assist in the revision and preparation of course of instruction materials based on subject-matter knowledge and research to include lesson plans, course manuals, background materials, workbooks, handouts, course assessment forms, study guides, and training aids. The Training Manager shall identify TRADOC Programs of Instruction (POI) issues which require corrective action and refer the issue to the Government Course Manager for disposition/corrective action.
The Training Manager shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing a standardization, instructor training management program of similar size and scope of this requirement.. Must have ABIC (Government provided) or Department of the Army equivalent.
Must meet instructor certification requirements in accordance with the 2ND Battalion, 13TH Aviation Regiment Instructor Certification Standing Operating Procedures.
