Description:
Leidos is working on a Department of Energy (DOE) cybersecurity program, and is in the process of identifying a high-performance team to include ICAM/PKI positions (listed below). This program will be located in the DC Metro area.

These positions will provide support to a federal agency enterprise PKI system. The roles will maintain the components of the PKI, including both client and server portions. The system is also designed to interoperate with e-mail systems, two-factor authentication, Active Directory, and HSPD-12 cards, so PKI engineers will be asked to provide support to those components as well.

ICAM/PKI Lead
Required Skills
• 15+ years IT experience, to include:
o 10+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
o 3+ years of experience managing cybersecurity teams, including technical leadership
• CISSP, CISM, SANS, or other related certifications
• Master’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or Bachelor’s degree with additional 4 years’ experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: identity credentialing, access management, PKI, S/MIME, Active Directory
• Experience working with Entrust platform
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.

Desired Skills
• Prior experience managing cybersecurity tasks for a federal agency, preferably the Department of Energy
• Experience working in a security operations center
• Current Public Trust, “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance



Sr. ICAM/PKI Engineer
Required Skills
• 8+ years IT experience, to include:
o 4+ years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity
• CISSP, CISM, SANS, or other related certifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, MIS, related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas: identity credentialing, access management, PKI, S/MIME, Active Directory
• Ability to obtain a “Q” (Top Secret) or “L” (Secret) level clearance.
