The successful candidate will be expected to analyze educational needs of NATO’s special operations community, and then develop and present high quality instructional materials for intermediate and senior level personnel. Candidate will be expected to lead highly interactive student seminars and in-class exercises in order to facilitate the adult learning model. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to perform research to support lesson/curriculum development and build targeted lessons, classroom exercises, and discussion groups for students who are not native-English speakers. Candidate may be required to research and write doctrine, manuals, and publications.
