Provide full range of professional expertise on counternarcotics, counterterrorism, counter threat finance (CTF), and counter transnational organized crime in support of the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). Support interagency collaboration process, DoD missions, government agencies, and/or partner nations to target and disrupt networks that threaten US national security interests.


  • Provide advice, subject matter expertise, and make recommendations to Director, NTC Senior Steering Committee and
  • NTC Senior Staff
  • Monitor and interpret US and foreign partner CN, CT, CTF, and C-TOC policy, strategy, objectives, and developments
  • Conduct liaison with law enforcement agencies, IA, DoD, and IC partners
  • Conduct community engagement/community relations in support of NTC operations
  • Conduct outreach between NTC, LEA/IA, and foreign partners
  • Increase community awareness and understanding of the NTC, its missions, activities, policies/procedures, and
  • requirements
  • Establish and maintain interface with NTC stakeholders and mission partners
  • Support NTC at DoD and interagency operational/directorate level meetings, conferences, working groups, meetings with
  • academia, non-DoD government entities, international organizations, and the business community
  • Review and evaluate support to LE/IA investigations, operations, projects, and programs
  • Identify redundancies and gaps, devise strategies to address gaps, and advise DSC on gaps and shortfalls in analytic/
  • operational capabilities across the NTC and Community of Action
  • Support NTC on advisory councils and maintain close relationships with key players in the greater Community of Action
  • (ie LEA, IA, DoD, IC, Foreign Partners)



  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience working with the IA and DoD at the Department of Justice,
  • Department of the Treasury, or Department of Homeland Security, OR, specialized training with 20+ years of experience
  • working with the IA and DoD at the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, or Department of Homeland
  • Security. Experience or equivalent includes:
  • Possess deep understanding of how the missions, structures, leaders, and cultures of the various CN, CT, CTF, and CTOC
  • components interact and connect
  • Experience working with the office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and the Global Combatant Commands
  • across the spectrum of strategic, operational, and tactical levels of interagency coordination
  • Experience leading government activities, including military, law enforcement, intelligence, and sanction financial
  • regulation with national, regional, and international agencies
  • Experience in exchanging information, coordinating actions, and collaborative planning among multiple national level
  • government agencies in multi-agency, joint, coalition, and interagency settings
  • Extensive Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) leadership experience required.
