This position is in direct support of the Air Force Common Computing Environment (CCE) with development activities in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services environment. This innovative task is through the Global Combat Support System - Air Force (GCSS-AF) 2 contract vehicle. Team members will collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services. Team members will be encouraged to adopt and implement industry-best practices and encouraged to explore the latest technology and most efficient practices.

Specific responsibilities include:

·Lead Enterprise Service Bus and SOA Suite implementation initiative including facilitating meetings
·Work with systems group and business units to define and plan deployment strategies
·Architect, design and implement the solution
·Identify problem areas, troubleshoot and work with vendors and support team to implement solutions
·Responsible for development and implementation of Business and client requirements for the ESB and SOA Suite
·Creating and maintaining all project related documentation and processes


Basic Qualifications:

·Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
·Hands on experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
·Hands on experience with Oracle SOA Suite
·Hands on experience designing end to end projects using Oracle SOA technologies
·Ability to lead team from analysis through architecture, development, test and deployment

Desired Skills:

·ERP Knowledge
·Hands on experience with Web Services (XML, XSD, XSLT/XPath, SOAP, WSDL, and WS-Policy)
·Experience with BPEL, BAM and B2B
·Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python and Shell Scripts
·Experience with developing applications in Java/J2EE
·Experience with Web service security
·Knowledge of DoD systems and in particular DISA
·Solaris, RHEL and Windows Operating Systems
·Proven track record in transformations/transport/design of service message flows/service orchestration with multiple clients
·Knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle of SOA projects
·Experience in commercial cloud environments (AWS, OMCS)
·Experience in platform migration
·Experience in cloud migration
·Experience in Agile development



HS diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience or

BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or

Masters degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
