Litigation Support Project Supervisor
Leidos is looking for a Litigation Support Project Supervisor with experience supporting attorneys and investigators utilizing current litigation support techniques, software, and equipment to provide legal support on such electronic systems as Relativity, Concordance, and CaseMap. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating document review and workflows. Conducting complex database searches, facilitating the administration of document review sessions with attorneys, and coordinating productions to external parties. Overseeing the work of Document Management Analysts (DMAs), paralegals, and law clerks. Communications with Client and Staff regarding all processes and needs for case.
At least three years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys Experience with Relativity. Experience analyzing incoming electronic data to determine appropriate processing requirements. Must be a US Citizen. Experience with searches, creating tags, STRs, fields in Relativity. Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, and deadlines. Experience with performing complex searches, managing the administration of document reviews using common litigation support platforms. Experience working directly with a variety of technical and non-technical end users. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills. Combine outstanding customer support capabilities with troubleshooting expertise.
Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
