APRC Team Lead
The APRC Team Lead shall serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel performing functions in support of APRC. The APRC team lead shall be responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the region, independently completing complicated or complex tasks, and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel assigned to the region.
It is required that the APRC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. A minimum of ten years of experience in all source analysis
b. A minimum of five years of experience managing teams similar to the work described in Section C.5.4
c. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
d. Possess a final TS clearance with SCI eligibility and in-scope CSP at proposal submission
It is desired that the APRC Team Lead has the following qualifications:
a. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Finance, Economics, an area in Physical Science, or a similar area of study.
b. Proven understanding of and experience with the Asia Pacific region (Section J, Attachment X), including topics such as history, current events, political climate, and military leadership.
c. A minimum of five years of experience conducting analysis utilizing intelligence and information from multiple and varied sources to produce operational/strategic level assessments and products
d. Intermediate reading capability of Chinese, Korean, or Japanese (the equivalent of the DLPT Level 2 for reading)
