Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager for our Integration & Logistics Center in Chesapeake, VA. The successful candidate will oversee logistics development and life-cycle management in support of CDSA Dam Neck for the Integrated Training Systems; including Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT). Oversight will include logistics support package development and implementation of C5ISR integrated training systems and life-cycle management of fielded systems. Additionally, the candidate is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.

Candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for C5ISR life-cycle management, including external customer communications. Oversight includes schedule management and deliverable management; monitoring/positively influencing/reporting to Program Management financial performance, schedule performance, Estimates to Complete (ETCs); and serve as program SME for all life-cycle management aspects of the program, including government specifications. 

Candidate will lead and oversee cost and performance across the product support value chain from design through disposal. This support includes oversight in the identification of, planning for, resourcing of, and implementation of maintenance concepts and requirements to ensure the best possible equipment/capability is available when the Warfighter needs it at the lowest possible Total Ownership Cost (TOC) for CDSA Dam Neck. Working collaboratively to engage and leverage the systems engineering process to impact the design from its inception throughout the life cycle, facilitating supportability to maximize the availability, effectiveness, and capability of the system to influence the design, implementation, and execution of support for in-service systems in their operational environments.

Additional duties will include on-time delivery of technical CDRLs and development of presentations for Quarterly Program Review (QPR), including Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Status, Quality Management, Emerging Programmatic Risk/Opportunities, and Workforce Sustainability.

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of full-time professional experience in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DoD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System with knowledge of DoD/Navy ILS systems, directives, policies, and standards
- Demonstrated proficiency with customer interface, task execution planning, staffing, budgeting and cost control, quality assurance management, and personnel management
- Experience in creating and presenting material to senior Government officials and program management
- MS Office Expertise, including MS Project 
- DAU Life-Cycle Logistics Certification Level II
- Also acceptable: Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
-       Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

- Experience supporting CDSA Dam Neck & Integrated Training Systems Program
